Ingredients: 1 pkg gelatin, 1 cup boiling water, 16oz cream cheese, softened & cut into pieces, 1oz unsweetened baking chocolate (melted), 3/4 tsp vanilla, 16 drops liquid Stevia.
Instructions: Stirring well, dissolve
gelatin in the boiling water. Place into dissolved gelatin: cream cheese
and melted chocolate. Mix together. Add the vanilla and stevia, mix
well on high for at least 2 minutes. Pour into buttered pie
pan. Chill 3 hours until firm.
